This wine comes from vines growing in the village of Verzé selected for their eastern exposure.

- manual harvest with 35 kg picking boxes
- harvested on september 19, 2006
- alcoholic fementation for 6 months with controlled temperature and with natural yeast
- malolactic fermentation
- bottled on june 2007
- number of bottles : 22000
- this fresh fruity wine is delicious for aperitif. It’s wonderful with salmon tartar, pork joint with pineapple, why not try serving it with matured goat’s cheese.

Wine tasting

Delicate smell with aromas of fruit and white flowers.
It starts of clear and vigorotes in mouth which will gradually become rounded with aromas of pear and finally change to a mineral taste which is caracteristic of the chalky soil of the Macon area.
