This wine comes from grapes growing in the village of Verzé on a special plot chosen for its ezstern exposure.
The wine-making process is carbonic maceration .

- manual harvest with 35 kg picking boxes
- harvest on 20 september 2006
- maceration for a week whith controlled temperature
- malolactic fermentation
- bottled on june 2007
- number of bottles : 2800
- this wine can be drinken whith the following dishes : cold meat and grilled meat . This is perfect with beef carpaccio and ideal with « black forest gateau »

Wine tasting

This mauve colored wine develops strong aromas of black berry, strawberry and wild raspberry.
After a smooth beginning mouth, fruity aromas reappear accompanied by blended tannins.
