The vine is planted on a plot selected for its southern, southwestern exposure in the little village of Verzé (South Burgondy France)

this wine can be tasted with white meat and fish cooked in sauce and chicken with morels or « saumonette » in a cream sauce , why not try it with a Beaufort cheese.

Wine tasting

A delicate and complex smell reveals aromas of peach, pear and acacia flowers.
The mouth is strong and fleshy and has a good persistancy that will finally develop flavours of citrus fruit and aniseed.
