Technical specifications

This wine comes from grapes that grow in the village of Verzé on a special plot chosen for its eastern exposure.
The wine-making process is carbonic maceration .

  • manual harvest with 35 kg picking boxes
  • harvest between August 25 th and 3 sd of September 2022
  • maceration for a week whith controlled temperature

  • this wine can be enjoyed with cold meat and grilled meat. This is perfect with beef carpaccio and ideal with « black forest cake »
  • Certified organic wine by Ecocert and biodynamic by Demeter
  • wine ageing time 2 to 3 years

Tasting notes

This mauve colored wine develops strong aromas of blackberry, strawberry and black pepper. On the palate, after a smooth beginning, fruity aromas reappear accompanied by blended tannins.
